A planner helps you visualize your day, allocate time for each task, and avoid overcommitting. Choose a planner that suits your needs, whether digital or paper-based, update it regularly, and check it every morning for a refresher on the day ahead.
4. Saying Yes to Everything
While being helpful is essential, saying yes to every request will spread you too thin, encourage burnout, and decrease productivity.
Learn to prioritize your commitments and practice saying no at the correct times and only to the right people. For example, when your boss walks in with an urgent request, it’s not the right time to say no.
However, successful people know the importance of setting boundaries and protecting their time. Focus on tasks that align with your goals and delegate when possible.

Many believe multitasking enhances productivity, but I believe it does the opposite.

Consider using productivity apps that block social media during work hours. Put your smartphone on mute and leave it out of sight when possible.
